Blogmas Day 2.
I haven’t been feeling the most festive of late, so I decided to head into town today to purchase a few little goodies to pick me up and to see if the Christmas music got me in the mood for the season. After an obligatory (and very long) walk around Primark, and some standard (and always unnecessary) buys, I stopped for a beautiful lunch, followed by yet another cappuccino, and then I headed for the bath bomb stall in the shopping centre. I love Bomb Cosmetics and this particular stall sells nothing but the most beautiful bathing accessories that they continue to create. Today I picked up three gorgeous Christmas themed bombs, including the Bomb Cosmetics Twinkle Star Blaster, which I’ve just enjoyed in a scrummy, hot bath.
160g worth of beautiful scents and silky soft blaster granules have left me feeling entirely invigorated, and a little bit more Christmassy! The amber, sandalwood and cedar wood essentials oils blended perfectly with the smooth properties of the bicarbonate of soda and cocoa seed butter – which helped me to escape into the warmth of the season and left me feeling totally soothed afterwards.
All Bomb Cosmetics products are pretty, but the Twinkle Star Blaster is seriously sweet. I often find myself struggling to use them because, in all honesty, I would display them if I could, they’re that cute and festive.
I particularly like the little star, who to me looks like a sweet little gingerbread Christmas Tree decoration sat on a bed of twinkly stars in his Santa hat. Tres cute! This would definitely make for a scrumptious stocking filler, an additional gift or just a treat for yourself – it smells like heaven, too and would be sure to put a Christmas smile on anyone’s face.
